Articles, blog posts and a common conversation topic is how a recruitment process can affect candidates' perceptions of a company and their brand. A negative experience of a recruitment can result in fewer applications, applicants who drop out of the process or talent who choose not to apply at all. A bad reputation may bring about loosing candidates as customers.
